- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of do333 or any affiliated entity.
do333 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests. If you cease to meet any eligibility criterion after registration, you must notify do333 immediately and stop using the Platform.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of do333, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as prompted. Your do333 account login is tied to the Bangladesh mobile number you provide at the time of registration; this number serves as your primary identifier on the Platform.
Your Responsibilities Regarding Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your do333 login credentials, including your password.
- You must not share your login details with any other person. do333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact do333 customer support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)
do333 may at any time request that you complete identity and age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh.
do333 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, or close an account entirely if KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable period following a verification request. Funds held in a closed unverified account will be handled in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Account Suspension section of these T&C.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the do333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your do333 account.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by default, though individual transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. do333 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. The availability of a payment method at any given time is not guaranteed.
- All deposit transactions are final once confirmed on the mobile money network. do333 is not liable for transaction failures caused by errors on the part of the mobile money provider, network outages, or incorrect sender details entered by the player.
- do333 does not accept deposits made using funds sourced from illegal activities. Any such deposit detected will result in immediate account suspension and reporting as required.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. do333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses being fully met prior to the withdrawal request being processed.
- do333 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time of submission. do333 is not liable for delays caused by the recipient mobile money provider.
- do333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these T&C is suspected. In such cases, do333 will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation.
do333 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, mobile money operators may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside do333's control. Players are advised to check the current fee schedule of their mobile money provider before initiating a withdrawal.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
do333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering, once the full rollover requirement is satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal to your main wallet.
- One bonus of each type may be claimed per player per promotional period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, whether through multiple accounts or other means, constitutes bonus abuse.
- do333 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the applicable terms remain in effect unless do333 explicitly notifies the player otherwise.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only on the specified game or games and expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired free spins are forfeited.
Game Rules and Fair Play Policy
All games available on the do333 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game as defined by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. do333 is not liable for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

Sports Betting Specific Rules
- All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; the odds displayed after confirmation are final.
- In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the qualifying period of play is completed, do333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
- do333 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on individual markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed above the notified maximum on a given market will be settled at the maximum permitted stake.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the do333 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details, for any purpose.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature, whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from unlawful activities, or using do333 in any way that facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
do333 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, do333 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonus claims, and withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation.

Account Suspension and Termination
do333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct section.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming programme.
Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these T&C or confirmed fraudulent conduct, do333 reserves the right to forfeit all balances remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Limitation of Liability
do333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, do333 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. do333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, do333's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. do333 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if do333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Amendments to These Terms
do333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised T&C on this page. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, do333 will make reasonable efforts to bring the change to your attention — for example, by displaying a notice upon your next login. However, it remains your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.
Your continued use of the do333 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended T&C. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Account Suspension and Termination section above.
